This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced legal professional to make a significant impact on our business. You will work closely with our General Counsel and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely, high-quality legal advice and opinions on various areas of law to support business operations.

  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Acting as the Legal representative in cross-functional project teams or working groups.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in corporate/commercial law, preferably in the retail industry. You should have a minimum of three years' experience and a good knowledge of relevant legislation governing general corporate activities and operations. You will also need to be proficient at reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements and legal documents.

You're known for your sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills. You're a strong communicator and team player who can build relationships with stakeholders, functional areas, and business partners. You're also familiar with process improvements and able to identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
