We are seeking a skilled professional with 3+ years of experience handling Accident Benefits claims, particularly those involving complex issues and high exposures. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage claims effectively, and excellent communication skills to interact successfully with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations of complex claims, prioritizing timely and accurate reserve management
  • Ensure effective case management, including priority of payment, commercial and loss transfer, and loss reserving
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer escalations and provide expert advice on technical matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience handling Accident Benefits claims with a focus on complex issues and high exposures
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
