Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional to lead our transition management efforts in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and business environments, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition management team in the Americas region, ensuring seamless execution of IT projects and initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective transition plans, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT transitions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve transition management processes and outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field with an IT focus.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in information technology and business environments.
