Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Immigration Services

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jaison Immigration Solutions.

Job Description:
  • Provide administrative support to the immigration services team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, establishing clear priorities and deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
