We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our system deployment projects across the globe. As a key member of our Global Manufacturing Systems, Technology and Quality strategy group, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of new systems and solutions in our manufacturing sites worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional project teams to deploy new systems and solutions in all BRP manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and supply chain operations.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and report financial status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in IT and logistics.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
