Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Copy Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Manage and mentor junior copywriters and designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are always on the cutting edge.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a focus on copywriting and creative direction.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, targeting, and messaging.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
