Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Copy Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative marketing strategies that meet client objectives and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including art directors, designers, and copywriters, to develop and refine creative concepts.
  • Manage and mentor junior copywriters and designers to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and advertising.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with a focus on copywriting and creative direction.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and developing junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, messaging, and targeting.
