Job Title: Copy Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Copy Supervisor to join our team. As a Copy Supervisor, you will be responsible for generating ideas, creating concepts for advertising and promotional copy, and developing texts from draft stage through finished product with your art partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Client Service teams to ensure adherence to client marketing strategies and objectives
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, providing coaching, guidance, and opportunities for growth
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with internal teams
  • Develop strong relationships with cross-discipline internal teams and clients
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing/advertising business experience
  • Strong understanding of client's marketplace and ability to evaluate work in light of current marketing environment
  • Ability to work well within a team setting and build client rapport and trust
  • Established presentation skills and computer proficiency
