Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Bluescape Contracting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and landscape projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction and landscape teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Develop and implement plans for construction and landscape projects, including estimating costs and materials.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on construction and landscape design.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools, and ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in construction and landscape management.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction and landscape regulations and standards.
