Senior Talent Development Manager

Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus comprehensive health plans and several perks to help them perform at their best.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Develop and champion proactive global talent management strategies and processes.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Client Groups to develop, implement, and support Talent Management programs.
- Cross-functional collaboration with other HR/Admin functions to ensure alignment and integration of HR programs.
- Assess talent management strategies to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embraced by the organization.
- A university degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline, and/or equivalent work experience in an HR team.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization, including Senior Leadership.
- Experience with progressive HR trends in practical terms.
- Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce and/or Cornerstone is considered an asset.
