Job Title: Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager

Vialto Partners is a leading global mobility services provider, offering unique and comprehensive solutions to help companies manage their global mobility programs efficiently and compliantly.

As a Senior Manager in our Global Mobility Tax team, you will play a key role in providing tax technical expertise to our clients, leveraging local and global teams to deliver value-added services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach Vialto teams to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
  • Review and sign tax returns and related deliverables for globally mobile employees within designated deadlines.
  • Offer specialized advice and strategic recommendations to clients on tax, payroll, and global mobility policy.
  • Work with Vialto teams and clients' finance and HR departments to ensure accurate calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations and discuss relevant changes with clients.
  • Collaborate with Tax Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for integrated solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth research on country-specific tax issues and implement Global Mobility Tax strategies to minimize liabilities for both the company and the employee.

Requirements:

  • Extensive Canadian & US tax technical knowledge.
  • Ability to utilize technical skills in expatriate tax planning and global mobility policy and administration design.
  • Proven experience in growing revenue through client needs identification and development of recommendations.
  • Exceptional skills in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collections, and preparing complex written and verbal materials.
  • Ability to create a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting work-life quality.
  • Knowledge of automation & digitization in a professional services environment.

Vialto Partners is a hybrid work environment, with an expectation of a minimum of two days/week in the office.
