Job Title: Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join our team at Vialto Partners. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert tax advice and guidance on global mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach Vialto teams to ensure accurate tax returns and related deliverables are completed within designated deadlines.
  • Offer specialized advice and strategic recommendations to clients on tax, payroll, and global mobility policy.
  • Work with Vialto teams and clients' finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in international tax laws and regulations and discuss relevant changes with clients.
  • Conduct in-depth research on country-specific tax issues and collaborate with clients to implement global mobility tax strategies.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrates extensive Canadian & US tax technical knowledge and the ability to utilize technical skills in expatriate tax planning and global mobility policy and administration design.
  • Proven experience in growing revenue through the identification of clients' needs and development of recommendations to address them.
  • Exceptional skills in managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, collections, and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials.
  • Ability to create a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members.
