We are seeking an organized and efficient Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Bay Suites.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Carry out various administrative tasks, including coordinating office services, managing budgets, and preparing reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to records management, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee payroll administration and plan/control budget and expenditures.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
- A team player with integrity and a positive attitude.
- 35 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.
