Job Description

We are seeking an organized and efficient Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at The Bay Suites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks, including coordinating office services, managing budgets, and preparing reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to records management, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan/control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
  • A team player with integrity and a positive attitude.
Work Environment:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on industry standards and location.
