Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Infinity Employment Inc.

Job Summary: The Executive Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office operations: Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively: Respond to phone calls, emails, and internal communications in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare documents: Create and edit reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
