Job Description

The Administrative Director is responsible for overseeing the overall administrative operations of Jaguar Hauling Ltd. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff, providing clear guidance and expectations.
  • Establish priorities and ensure that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities such as budget management, inventory control, and data assembly.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain accurate inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate all administrative procedures within the organization.


Required Skills:

Estimated Salary Range:
$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
