Job Title: Senior Administrative Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Director to join our team at Alberta Garage Builders LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large workload.
