At Alberta Garage Builders LTD, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Director to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in finance and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, preparing annual budgets, and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordinating administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources
  • Preparing annual budgets and planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations
  • Supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and administration, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
