Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grocery Team Lead to join our team. As a Grocery Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure that products are always available for our customers.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address any discrepancies.
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that our store is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate our team members to achieve their best performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Identify and address any operational issues, implementing solutions to improve our processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or grocery environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
