Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Grocery Team Lead to join our team in Grande Prairie, Alberta. As a Grocery Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of grocery professionals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Management: Ensure that grocery products are properly faced and displayed to meet customer expectations.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean the parking lot, bring in shopping carts, and maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
  • Display Creation: Assist in creating visually appealing product displays that drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Availability: Comfortable working during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience: Experience in grocery retail is preferred.
