Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Assistant to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a Childcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children at our Children's Centre.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and a strong ability to plan engaging activities that promote learning and development.

You will work closely with our experienced team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our young clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to children in our centre
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working with children an asset
  • CPR and First Aid certification required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
