Commercial Transactions Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Enbridge. This role will provide senior-level administrative support by anticipating and initiating appropriate action to conserve supported lawyers' and other team members' time.
- This includes communicating and working with all members of the Law Department and extended Enbridge team by taking a team approach to problems and their solutions, exercising a high degree of discretion, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external contacts, as well as protecting from disclosure highly confidential and critical information.
- The successful candidate will also support real estate transactions, handling intake processes, reviewing requests with assigned lawyers, opening matters in records systems, communicating and coordinating with assigned lawyers and outside counsel, filing and administering records.
- Additionally, this role will provide word processing and related administrative support by drafting, proofreading, and revising legal documentation, correspondence, standard form agreements, presentations, and other documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and various other functions, including maintaining calendars and preparing, submitting, and processing individual expense reports electronically in accordance with deadlines.
- Coding, process, and track external counsel and other Law Department invoices, as well as maintain and timely process of information in the Law Department's electronic system (TeamConnect) for internal and budgetary use.
- Assist in the development of Law Department records management processes, including filing, scanning, and organizing records in hard copy and electronic mediums to ensure that files and information are easily accessible, and searching and retrieving contracts in Enbridge's contract management and records systems.

Salary:$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
