About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Growth Specialist to join our team at Phoenix. As a Paid Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive paid growth strategy to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ad Platform Management: Manage our current monthly spend across multiple ad platforms, including Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Identify opportunities to scale and optimize ad spend to achieve cost-efficient growth.
  • Test-Measure-Learn Feedback Loop: Establish a weekly feedback loop with the creative team to drive consistent ad improvements and optimize campaign performance.
  • Growth Dashboards: Create and maintain growth dashboards to monitor budgets, campaign performance, ROI, LTV, and other key metrics.
  • Targeting and Creative Optimization: Identify the highest impact levers between targeting, creative, post-click experience, or algorithmic optimizations and execute on the changes to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience with paid marketing channels and platforms, with a focus on search and social advertising.
  • Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CAC targets.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and ability to create compelling ad copy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform growth strategies.
