At pluscompany, we're passionate about empowering our clients to achieve their goals through innovative search strategies. As a Paid Search Strategist, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing campaigns that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of paid search campaigns to maximize performance and achieve client goals
  • Manage and oversee the paid search practice for clients, ensuring the adoption and continuous improvement of best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee consistency and optimal effectiveness of campaigns
  • Monitor trends and new developments in the field of search and craft POVs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Train and supervise team members on search best practices and quality assurance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing campaigns on search platforms
  • Mastery of main search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Search Ads 360)
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of performance measurement tools
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, take initiatives, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing and nurturing direct reports
