Senior Paid Search Strategist Job Description

As a Senior Paid Search Strategist at Critical Mass, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search campaigns that drive business growth and revenue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client goals and develop strategies that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimize campaign performance through bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in paid search marketing, with a focus on campaign development and optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through paid search campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, as well as other paid search platforms.
