Key Responsibilities- Provide life skills, advocacy, and supportive counseling to clients living in their own housing.
- Establish rehabilitation objectives and psychosocial rehabilitation plans for assigned client populations.
- Engage clients in various community settings as meaningful collaborators in their own service planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Solid understanding of supervised consumption services and harm reduction principles.
- Ability to work with clients with complex mental health and substance use disorders.
- Previous experience working with marginalized, homeless populations is an asset.
