Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Professional to join our team at JussConstruct. As a Sales Professional for Residential Construction, you will be responsible for conducting open houses, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating rates and terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct open houses for prospective buyers
  • Use real estate software packages
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
  • Negotiate rates and terms
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Conduct sales transactions
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Provide advice about merchandise
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments
  • Contact potential customers by phone
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Provide customer service
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts
  • Accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment

Working Conditions

This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work remotely. You will need to have the necessary equipment for remote work, including internet and a home office.
