You will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and ensure customer satisfaction. If you have 2-5 years of experience in customer service, experience working in the healthcare or medical field, digital/technical aptitude, and empathy, especially when assisting older adults, we encourage you to apply.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada during your choice of 8-hour shifts between 8 AM - 8 PM ET (Mon-Fri).
