Marketing and Customer Experience Specialist

Your daily responsibilities
Develop expertise in products and customers
Manage retailer orders and ensure smooth communication with our partners.
Understand customer needs and advise them on our wellness solutions.
Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D) to enhance the customer experience.
Respond to inquiries from showrooms in our exclusive network and assist customers via phone, email, or chat.
Contribute to marketing initiatives
Help create marketing content (newsletters, promotional materials, presentations).
Collaborate on promotional campaigns and new product launches.
Assist in managing our brand image within our retailer network.
Grow, optimize, and develop your skills
Identify opportunities to optimize internal processes, enhance customer experience, and propose innovative solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
Participate in strategic projects based on your interests and strengths.
Explore various aspects of marketing within a growing company.
What we are looking for
A background in marketing, communication, or business administration (or equivalent experience).
An analytical and proactive mindset, always eager to learn and propose solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-evolving team environment.
A strong interest in wellness and design.
Bonus:
Experience in customer service, marketing coordination, or e-commerce.
