Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, change management, and talent development.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure CAA Club Group remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • CHRP or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • University degree and CHRP or equivalent certification (strongly preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR capacity.
  • 3+ years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a competitive marketplace.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, procedures, practices, relevant legislation, regulations, labour and employment law.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to determine root cause of complex issues and arrive at sound solutions.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact at the executive, senior management, and non-executive levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and shift priorities and schedules as required.
