Business Systems Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Crimes Technology team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will lead complex technology projects to design strategic solutions involving multiple back-end systems aligned to our enterprise architecture roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and technology partners to gather complex technical/solution requirements and facilitate solution design discussions.
  • Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements, preparing and validating solution design documents.
  • Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Consultant role, leading projects and designing solutions.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in system development lifecycle utilizing agile approach and expertise in managing the product backlog.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with purpose and find the right solutions.
