Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, assigning duties, and overseeing the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure optimal store performance
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, including selecting and procuring products for resale
  • Implement pricing and credit policies, as well as develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure the store's financial health
  • Determine staffing requirements and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations


Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a liquor and wine store
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage staff
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial management, with the ability to monitor revenues and expenses
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
