Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with District Managers to ensure compliance with customer service standards, operating policies, and applicable provincial and federal legislation.
  • Work closely with store teams to achieve operational efficiencies, revenue goals, profitability, customer satisfaction, and responsible hiring and development of store team members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Communication:
  • Maintain professional communication with the store team to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Foster friendly and productive customer relationships to encourage repeat business, customer satisfaction, and increased sales.
People Management:
  • Evaluate and address underperformance trends with clear performance improvement plans.
  • Formally recognize strong performers within the assigned region.
  • Manage store team compliance with operational, legislative, and human resources policies and procedures.
Problem Solving:
  • Resolve issues proactively and/or as they arise, reporting unresolved issues to the District Manager for support.
Accountability:
  • Hold store team members accountable for performing their jobs to company standards.
  • Prepare and deliver the daily deposit to the nearest TD Bank.
Job Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our customers by interacting with them on the sales floor and observing shopping behaviors.
  • Understand and administer operational and HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance between all store team members.
  • Apply operational requirements and reports to assist in daily store operations.
  • Have a solid understanding of our business, competitors, and leveraging current assets in the surrounding market for long-term success.
Quality:
  • Set high expectations for excellent customer service and hold store team members accountable to measurable results.
  • Ensure stores maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 based on industry standards and location.
