Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Prit Paul Sidana Professional Corporation. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work with a dynamic organization and contribute to its growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Office Administration: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, ensuring smooth operation and efficient use of resources.
  • Supervise Staff: Directly supervise 1-2 staff members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to help them meet their job expectations.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure effective financial management.
  • Reporting and Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to facilitate communication within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
