Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure seamless property management.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners, ensuring terms are met.
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects, monitoring progress and costs.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, preparing expense and income reports.
  • Ensure prompt response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, providing excellent customer service.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Purba Business Centre is committed to supporting newcomers and refugees. As a Building Operations Manager, you will assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and childcare. You will also offer mentorship programs to pair newcomers with experienced employees.

Support for Indigenous People

We are dedicated to creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers. As a Building Operations Manager, you will offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities, as well as provide cultural competency training to all employees.

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
