About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Transformation Leader to join our team at Sun Life Canada. As a key member of our Agile Excellence Domain, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation and improving our organization's digital maturity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a clear vision for the Agile Excellence Domain and drive agile maturity across each role.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and facilitate technology budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning activities across the Agile Excellence Domain.
  • Oversee resource management, planning, budgeting, and talent acquisition across all roles in the Agile Excellence Domain.
  • Enable career progression and mobility, and professional development for Agile Excellence Domain roles.
  • Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, agility, and continuous learning to drive the successful delivery of digital solutions for clients.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of senior business/IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformations and improving an organization's digital maturity.
  • Deep understanding of SAFe, Agile, Scrum, Portfolio Management, and Project Management best practices.
  • PMP designation and/or SAFe certification would be considered an asset.
