Director of Care Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Co-Director of Care to join our team at Jarlette Health Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the provision of optimum care to promote the well-being of each individual resident.
- Deliver nursing services to meet the assessed needs of the residents.
- Manage and coordinate Home-wide programs, including skin care, behaviour management, infection control, and quality of life initiatives.
- Assess, implement, evaluate, report, and document actions to affect positive outcomes related to the residents' health.
- Ensure nursing staff perform assigned tasks and duties.
- Responsible for the coordination, implementation, and overall management of Home-wide programs.
- Registered with current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario - O. Reg. 246/22, s. 51.
- Successful completion of or enrollment in Long Term Care Senior Management or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in Long Term Care (Gerontology) preferred.
- Must demonstrate an active interest in ongoing education.
- Must be computer literate.
