**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collaborate with the Administrator to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents
* Supervise and support a team of care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to provide high-quality care
* Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
* Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners to ensure seamless care transitions
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience in a care leadership role
* Strong knowledge of care standards and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
