About This Role

We're seeking a talented Coach to join our Nike team in Toronto Premium Outlet Mall, Halton Hills, ON. As a Coach, you'll play a vital role in delivering a premium experience for our Nike teammates and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive consumer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Empower team members to achieve their full potential through coaching and development
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of retail and/or consumer service experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Nike Members
  • Digital literacy and ability to adapt to technology needs
  • Flexibility to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to communicate in English
