About the Role

Nike Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Department Manager to join our team. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in delivering a premium experience for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of retail professionals
  • Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective store operations and visual merchandising
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail and/or consumer service experience
  • 1+ year of leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a combination of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
