Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team at Samsung SDSCA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Organize and Coordinate Tasks

Organize tasks to accomplish the work, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that the quality of work is maintained at the highest level.

Manage Operational Logistics

Plan and organize the operational logistics of the organization, including the management of inventory, transportation, and storage.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the company's objectives.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Resolve Work Problems

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Train and Develop Staff

Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of staff and provide feedback and coaching to improve their performance.

Manage Resources

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that all resources are managed effectively and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
