Lead Technology Strategy for Group Benefits

Manulife Group Benefits is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the development and implementation of our IT strategy. As Director, Technology Strategy & Planning, you will lead a team to design, deliver, and maintain technology solutions that enable our Group Benefits business to deliver innovative digital experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with Group Benefits business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of technology solutions that drive business value and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and develop a team of technology professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure technology solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technology strategy and planning.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
