Human Resources Director

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's objectives.
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance on HR compliance and labor laws to ensure organizational adherence.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
