Job Summary:

Responsibilities: As our ideal candidate, you will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. This includes developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. You will also analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement and foster a positive organizational culture. Furthermore, you will collaborate with management to address HR-related needs and concerns.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) is an asset. Additionally, you should have minimum 5 years of experience in HR management or a related field. You must possess strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as proven ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are necessary, along with proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
