We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at 2777017 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions
- Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that work schedules are met and work units are coordinated
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
