Job OverviewThe Director of Product Management and Pricing will lead team efforts to develop and drive winning product portfolio and pricing strategies across the business unit. This role will partner with key functional leaders and manage a team of Product and Pricing managers.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps to support long-term profitable growth.
- Oversee product management and pricing functions to ensure cohesive and unique product solutions.
- Develop a strong product management culture with best-in-class practices and continuous focus on quality and sustainability.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive alignment and decision-making.
- Develop a high-performing team through continuous people and capability development.
- Partner with R&D and Engineering teams to manage product development stage gate processes.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, new product development, and commercialization.
- Experience in building products industry preferred.
- Team leadership and coaching experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- High strategic and critical thinking ability.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Strong data analytical and planning skills.
