Excelone Staffing Services is seeking a skilled Garbage Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating garbage trucks and equipment, ensuring efficient collection and disposal of waste.

Responsibilities
  • Operate garbage trucks and equipment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks, lubricate, refuel, and clean equipment as needed.
  • Report any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with AZ class license, DZ class license, and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement requirements.
  • Participate in driver's validity license checks and driving record checks (abstract).
  • Drive manual transmission vehicles, supplied by the employer.
  • Work in physically demanding environments, handling weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player mindset.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • AZ class license, DZ class license, and Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Work Environment

Work in various locations, with a focus on environmental services and sanitation.
