We are seeking a Senior Solid Waste Management Professional to join our team at R.J. BURNSIDE & ASSOCIATES LIMITED. As a key player in shaping the future of solid waste management, you will provide technical leadership and project management for the planning, design, and monitoring of diverse waste management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead proposal and project production teams, offering guidance and mentorship to junior staff and coordinating work with other disciplines as a Project Manager.
  • Engage effectively with clients, regulatory agencies, Indigenous communities, and stakeholders.
  • Provide in-person and virtual presentations to clients and their staff, relevant to their regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Hold an Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering degree.
  • Bring your wealth of experience in solid waste engineering consulting or an equivalent field.
  • Showcase the ability to work concurrently on several projects, consistently delivering on-time and on-budget results to clients.
  • Demonstrate your success in leading and building high-performing teams.
  • Possess the ability and willingness to travel between our offices and occasionally to remote client sites.
