Dining Room Manager Job Description

A key member of our team at AFG Management Inc, the Dining Room Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
