About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team at AFG Management Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Plan and organize daily dining room operations to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to meet the highest standards of customer service
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the highest quality and best value
    • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized dining area
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
