Dining Room Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Recruit and manage a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
